At Tata Elxsi I led product management and roadmap ownership for a telco cloud and OSS/BSS platform, aligning GTM, pricing, and monetization with market needs while driving Generative AI and Digital Twin use cases.

Previously at Rakuten Symphony I owned product roadmaps and OSS delivery for 5G vRAN and CBRS platforms, enabled AI-driven automation and zero-touch operations, led multi-operator programs, and was awarded patents for AI-based automation.
