At Jamsan Hotel Management Inc., I administered owner-side construction contracts and project controls for franchised hotels, from tender through closeout. Across a portfolio of ground-up hotels, conversions, and brand-mandated renovations, I tracked costs, certified progress payments, and managed contract changes and claims.
On a Home2 Suites by Hilton conversion, I reconciled BOQ line items, subcontract values, and pending variations and forecast a funding shortfall before the fifth or sixth lender drawdown. The lender approved a revised budget, and the project was completed within it.
I prepared and submitted more than 200 project funding claims to lenders, supported by cost records, progress validation, and BOQ reconciliation. I also certified contractor payment applications against site progress and the BOQ before payment release.
My project work included cost and schedule control for the Cambria Hotel by Choice, completed on budget and on time with no brand non-compliance findings, and converting the Hampton Inn by Hilton brand PIP into a construction SOV/BOQ. I hold an M.S. and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
