I am a seasoned projects and contracts manager with 28+ years delivering infrastructure, power plant, refinery and marine construction projects across India, the Middle East and Africa. I specialize in contracts management, quantity surveying, claims, and procurement for large-scale industrial projects.

My career includes senior roles such as Sr. Contracts Specialist at Petro Rabigh, Sr. Resident Engineer for marine works, and long-standing consultancy and projects leadership with Neev International. I have led subcontractor management, FIDIC-based contract administration, valuations, and dispute support.

I combine technical engineering grounding (B.Engg.) with certifications in international and maritime law, contracts and procurement (World Bank), safety, ISO auditing, and AI/Power BI data analysis. I have executed audits, feasibility studies, cost estimating, and quality control for hydro, nuclear, oil refinery and tunnelling projects.
