What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning into technical support and want to build a career as a Technical Support Engineer.

At Magnum, I handled inbound customer calls, resolved queries in line with service standards, and used CSM software to log and track customer interactions.

I followed structured call and troubleshooting protocols, adapting to each customer's issue. I also promoted products and services during support calls.

As a Sales Executive (Intern) at Social Media Management Company, I guided prospective clients from inquiry to purchase, pitched packages, and addressed objections over calls and chats.

Through freelance e-commerce and affiliate marketing, I supported dropshipping store owners with product promotion and ran MetaAds and GoogleAds campaigns.
