Previously at FirePower Capital's buy-side advisory practice, I led a 12-person origination team across 29 mandates, culminating in 48 signed LOIs and 14 completed transactions.
As founder of Heavyweight Capital, I sourced an off-market business, signed an LOI for a $6M acquisition, and secured $4.2M in debt and $1.4M in equity financing.
