I’m an Enterprise Applications Manager focused on delivering business-requested enhancements across enterprise application portfolios. I support enterprise application operations by developing, testing, and implementing changes, while also leading upgrades, integrations, and configuration work.
My background centers on mission-critical financial systems—especially the institution’s core banking platform (FIS) and its integrations. I’ve programmed, tested, and implemented enhancements to a Loan Origination System, including performing upgrades and configurations to support evolving business needs and enable new consumer lending business lines.
I bring a strong delivery and stakeholder approach: I lead and contribute to implementation projects, gather and document requirements, and drive system/application training for effective adoption. I’m equally comfortable coordinating diverse teams, moderating meetings, writing documentation, and managing multiple workstreams with clear communication and time management.
