At Axelis Overseas Education Pvt Ltd as an Associate - Founder’s Office, I drove adoption of a Zero Tuition Fee (ZTF) charter for European public-university entry by benchmarking client demand across 3+ destination markets and mapping 10+ admission/entry requirements into a single decision framework. I also managed end-to-end student operations for 60+ enrolments, assessing 100% of student profiles against destination demand, entry prerequisites, and skill-match criteria—while optimising university applications, visa filing, and accommodation coordination.

During a 4-month period as a sole sales representative, I managed a daily pipeline of 20–30 warm leads, ran 10–15 discovery calls per day, and advanced 35+ leads to the contract-signing stage—while continuing to own core operational responsibilities. I expanded B2B partner enablement for loan processing and accommodation sourcing by onboarding new partners and establishing a repeatable post-arrival integration workflow connecting 30–50 new arrivals to established contacts abroad.

Earlier, I supported 50+ candidates through application submissions, profile optimisation, loan facilitation, accommodation sourcing, and visa processing as an Operations Intern. I’ve also led small ventures as a founder, building customer bases and running operations with a strong focus on process, partner relationships, and measurable outcomes.
