I’m an SAP SD HANA Consultant with over 4 years of SAP experience, delivering Greenfield implementation, one rollout, development projects, and multiple application support and testing engagements. I’ve worked across the full lifecycle—design, configuration, unit and integration testing, UAT support, and production support—while keeping delivery aligned to business needs.

I bring deep hands-on expertise in SAP SD modules like Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management. I’m especially strong in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and business process testing, with extensive experience in pricing configuration, sales document configuration, and special sales processes such as Cash Sales, Rush Orders, Third-Party Sales, Consignment, Intercompany, STO, and MTO.

As a techno-functional consultant, I support custom development with working knowledge of ABAP development and WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Conversions). I also support enhancements using user exits, BADIs, and custom developments, and I write both functional and technical specifications to ensure changes are understood, tested, and signed off.

Integration and interface work is a core strength of mine. I’ve handled SAP SD EDI work extensively—using IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services—with strong ALE/IDOC and EDI transaction monitoring, error analysis, and exception handling. I coordinate with ABAP and cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PP), manage SLA-defined support activities, and provide end-user training and documentation to drive adoption.
