I am an SAP SD Functional Consultant with around 4.5 years of hands-on experience working across ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA landscapes, participating in two end-to-end implementations and two support engagements. I have implemented and configured sales, delivery and billing processes, pricing procedures, account determination, free goods and complex sales scenarios such as third-party, consignment and intercompany sales. I regularly worked with IDocs/ALE/EDI interfaces, resolved production issues, and collaborated with basis, master data and technical teams using tools like ServiceNow and Remedy.

I deliver clear functional specifications, configuration documents and test plans, and I emphasize gap analysis, SLA-driven support, and cross-module integration (MM, FI). I am pragmatic, detail-oriented and experienced in client-facing roles for multinational clients in pharmaceutical, automotive, heavy equipment and tire industries.
