At Stripe, I build AI-assisted incident response workflows and highly available AWS EKS infrastructure supporting 520+ microservices and nearly 24 million daily payment transactions. My work has reduced incident resolution time by 42 minutes across 180+ annual production incidents.
I automate multi-region cloud deployments with Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions, reducing environment provisioning from five hours to under 20 minutes. I also build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, and CloudWatch to improve SLI/SLO visibility and reduce critical alert noise.
Previously at Zoho, I built CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes delivery platforms for 85+ production applications and 240+ containerized microservices. I improved release cycles from six hours to about 30 minutes while embedding SonarQube, Trivy, dependency scanning, and secret detection into delivery workflows.
