At HighRadius, I led 12 SREs to automate operations and reduce toil by 40%, while designing Azure optimization initiatives that delivered more than $1M in savings. I also modernized infrastructure provisioning with Backstage, Crossplane, and ArgoCD, reducing deployment times by 75%.
