I’m looking for a role where I can use my customer service, record-keeping, and compliance strengths, grow into Human Resources, and help improve efficient processes through clear communication, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder relationships.

I’m an organized, detail-oriented professional with extensive administrative experience, specializing in legal documentation and public service delivery. I manage sensitive information confidently while delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating effectively with legal practitioners.

At REGISTRATION INSOLVENCY AND TRUSTEESHIP AGENCY (RITA), I handled customer queries, resolved complaints, maintained confidential records, and supported compliance with civil registration laws. I also contributed to the preparation and issuance of official certificates and coordinated with government departments to keep civil registration data accurate—while streamlining inheritance case processing through clear communication between legal entities and the registration office.
