I also secured uninterrupted operation of the customer portal by budgeting, coordinating and quality-checking external third-level support providers.
At Commerzbank, I supported market risk and valuation applications through change and problem management, SLA monitoring and release work. Earlier, at DZ PRIVATBANK S.A., I advised IT and business teams on production standards and SAP data backup, and led the selection of providers for a new TSM infrastructure.
