With a background in various leadership positions, I have successfully managed day-to-day operations, resolved disputes, conducted staff training, and implemented income projects. I have also served as a board member, overseeing land management and handling conservation issues. As a Deputy Education Director, I played a key role in business marketing, outreach programs, and entrepreneurship training.
