I'm managing the full lifecycle of a handmade goods line, from concept and product design through sales, pricing, and customer feedback.

I research online and offline sales channels, compare reach, costs, and operational fit, and use units sold, revenue, AOV, gross margin, sales growth, CVR, and CPA to guide decisions. I also create brand materials and product visuals in Canva and manage social media accounts to attract customers.

Previously at Intellias, I maintained AWS infrastructure, kept services and pipelines running, built weekly and release-candidate navigation maps from multiple data sources, and supported migrations from Gerrit and Jenkins to GitLab.

My background also includes technical writing, IT support, network troubleshooting, systems monitoring, home automation programming, and control-panel interface design. I'm building on this technical foundation through product management and AI-first product leadership training.
