What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy and delivery for user-centered products, partnering closely with design, engineering, sales, and leadership to turn customer needs into measurable outcomes.

I've led product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery at Berba, generating €2.5M in revenue over 4.8 years. I guided 20+ features, including Translator Portal and Berba Marketplace, and improved translation workflows so managers could handle 20–25 projects rather than 5–7.

At Code Contract, I established product vision, North Star metrics, roadmaps, KPIs, and analytics through Microsoft Clarity and Mixpanel. I also built QA and UX research processes from scratch, manually tested 100+ features, and prevented more than 150 critical and major issues from reaching users.
