I'm currently the first point of contact for patients at Retina Associates of Kentucky, an Eyecare Partners affiliate, where I manage high-volume communications, insurance eligibility and claim issues, multi-office scheduling, and HIPAA-compliant procedures.
Previously, I supported CVP Physicians and Retina Physicians and Surgeons as a Patient Coordinator and receptionist before being promoted to Dayton Site Mentor. I scheduled for 21 doctors, completed referrals, entered insurance information, ran office reports, and trained associates across Dayton, Middletown, Troy, and Piqua.
My earlier work at R&M Floor Covering combined customer service, budget management, office support, and travel coordination for employees working out of town.
I adapt and learn quickly, work well with others, and stay calm under pressure. I'm also pursuing an AA degree while building on experience in patient coordination, office operations, and employee training.
