I’m looking for a role where I can support executive/admin operations, coordinate stakeholders and meetings, and drive results through structured reporting, strong customer service, and organized day-to-day processes.

I’m a dedicated, proactive professional with a strong passion for the business environment, investing continuously in self-improvement while adding value to the organizations I support. With over 3 years’ experience across administration, sales, and marketing, I focus on organized execution, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.

Since Dec 2021, I’ve worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director at Simama Group of Companies. I manage calendar and travel logistics, coordinate meetings, serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date filing systems for accessibility and confidentiality. I also support special projects, conduct research and reporting, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks and accounts as assigned.

Before that, I strengthened my customer-facing and commercial skills at Airtel Malawi Limited (Customer Service and Sales Representative, July 2019–Dec 2021), where I handled complaints, delivered product presentations, trained colleagues in report writing, prepared daily sales reports in DP, and supported monthly reconciliation. Earlier roles as Sales and Marketing Officer and Sales Agent reinforced my abilities in product presentations, procurement support, stock taking, and achieving consistent daily performance.
