At Southern Illinois University Carbondale, I investigated email and user security alerts using Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Office 365, and Azure. I also designed, developed, and launched the Information Security website to provide access to security education and contact information.
As an IT Project Management Intern at Enterprise Feet Management, I coordinated emergency agile hot-fix releases and managed team workflows using Jira, Confluence, and Cherwell. I also supported enterprise IT project coordination and operational initiatives.
