At HPE Networking, I own the FY26–FY27 roadmap for Networking Optimization Services through a major partner integration, prioritizing initiatives across portfolio expansion, automation, pricing simplification, and CPQ integration. I also drove launch readiness for nine Juniper service offerings.
At National General (Allstate), I partnered with design and engineering to rebuild the claims chatbot, increasing successful resolution from 58% to 84%. I also launched FNOL, live status tracking, and document upload, using SQL analysis and market research to shape the work.
At Fieldforce Inc, I directed product strategy for AT&T, Verizon, and Zain KSA, helped close $2M+ in new business, and scaled speech recognition from three languages to six. I also shipped a real-time analytics dashboard adopted across 25+ projects and led feature strategy for Pakistan’s first government-backed women’s safety app.
