At Foodpanda, I own the national TVA dashboard, tracking 15+ KPIs across 80+ account managers to surface performance gaps before they affect commercial targets.
I build vendor-level N-1 and MTD dashboards, integrate Salesforce case data to identify performance risks, and lead monthly tagging and triage for 26,000+ vendors.
I’ve launched automated dashboard alerts and deployed Eleven Labs AI voice agents to streamline vendor escalations, flag zombie vendors, and identify offboarding-intent cases. I also manage Salesforce workflows, ticket routing, SLA tracking, JIRA issue tracking, and performance monitoring.
Previously, I built Pick-up campaign frameworks in Google Sheets and BigQuery, ran A/B tests for discount and voucher logic, and developed cohort analysis and zonal pricing strategies to improve acquisition, retention, GMV, and conversion.
