I’m a data analyst with 16+ years turning large-scale FMCG secondary-sales data into decision-ready insight. I lead the Salesflo/ERP automation and own the reporting layer, so senior management can run the business on clear nationwide KPIs.

At Dalda Foods, I transform distributor-through-head-office data into Power BI dashboards and KPI reports. I’m comfortable across the full pipeline—Power Query data preparation, SQL, dashboard design, and forecasting models that reduce manual reporting effort and sharpen decision-making.

I build and automate national budget-scheme, trade-offer, and claim analytics with Power Query, replacing manual workbooks with repeatable reporting. I also design quarterly incentive and engagement models for the DFL sales team and hundreds of distributors/DSRs.

Before that, I supported the rollout of the secondary-sales ERP and trained the national sales force on data capture and reporting standards. I resolved data and system issues and improved the accuracy of nationwide sales data, while also handling high volumes of orders, invoices, distributor claims, and onboarding documentation.
