I’m looking for a product or analytics role where I can run experimentation, build reliable metrics and models, and automate KPI/OKR reporting—working closely with engineering to ship improvements in fast-moving, data-driven environments.

I’m a Senior Product Analyst focused on improving marketplace and delivery outcomes through rigorous experimentation, data modeling, and product-facing analysis. At Careem, I quantify operational delays with delay-attribution models and translate findings into concrete matching-engine improvements.

I’ve delivered measurable gains by designing switch-back experiments to reduce customer wait time, and by correcting flawed large-order metric logic that revealed delivery times were ~3x worse than reported. I also co-designed picker-to-captain feature changes that cut large-order delivery time by ~12 mins and reduced large-order contact rates by 15pp.

I build automation to make decision-making faster and more reliable—like a Claude-powered KPI/OKR reporting workflow saving ~10 analyst-hours per month. I also partner with engineering to implement live event tracking for algorithm updates, enabling real-time testing and troubleshooting.
