I’m a results-driven HR & Admin Internee with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. I also support payroll preparation and HR reporting while maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.

In parallel, I’ve worked as a Data Collection Specialist with Pakistan Red Crescent, coordinating data collection, community mobilization, volunteer management, and community engagement initiatives. I’ve also gained experience as a Data Analyst on Canadian immigration cases, strengthening my ability to handle data responsibly and produce useful reporting.

I’m especially motivated by roles that combine people operations with structured, data-informed execution—covering profile screening, interview coordination, monitoring & evaluation, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. I bring strong coordination, community outreach, and training support to help teams run smoothly and engage employees effectively.
