What I'm looking for

I'm seeking my first HR internship or job opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes, learn through training, contribute to a growing company, and develop toward an HR manager role.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at SZABIST University and seeking my first hands-on opportunity in Human Resource Management.

For an HRM project on Jubilee Life Insurance, I studied its recruitment and selection process, including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, training, and employee development. I prepared a detailed report that strengthened my practical understanding of HR processes.

I also conducted field research on child labor for a Sociology project, interviewing and observing a child working at a local hotel. This work developed my interviewing, qualitative data collection, observation, and report-writing skills.

I'm motivated to contribute to a growing company, learn through training opportunities, and build toward becoming an HR manager with strong leadership skills.
