At Bell Canada, I built and shipped a multi-stage agentic AI pipeline adopted into the internal Spec-Driven Development lifecycle. It retrieves, verifies, and turns information from Confluence, Jira, Figma, PDFs, and source code into structured JSON and technical documentation.

I design multi-agent workflows with orchestration, guardrails, model routing, structured-output validation, and human approval gates. I also built evaluation loops using Harbor and regression-style checks, including source-code verification to prevent hallucinated technical references.

Across Bell and Virgin Mobile, I've delivered enterprise applications through the full SDLC, integrating REST and GraphQL services for authentication, billing, payments, and customer-account workflows. My work on major features including SSO, accessibility, AutoPay, promotional pricing, and a flagship-app redesign contributed to an approximately 10% increase in cellphone-plan subscriptions.

As a volunteer Digital Technology & Communications Lead at Omid Foundation, I lead digital operations and platform strategy, coordinate staff and contractors, and build AI-enabled content workflows. I've also led fundraising and digital campaigns that contributed more than $200K raised over roughly 18 months.
