I also built a Go service for real-time agent workflows and a Microsoft Copilot agent for HR and device-support questions across a 270,000+ person organization. Previously, I led PocE and watsonx.ai Desktop Edition, and integrated Model Gateway into watsonx.ai Prompt Lab.
