I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience building and troubleshooting hybrid identity and endpoint environments using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and Intune. I resolve authentication, access, and system issues through structured ticketing workflows, with a strong focus on root cause analysis, incident resolution, and clear technical documentation.

In my Hybrid Identity and Active Directory labs, I configured Azure AD Connect, diagnosed synchronization errors and identity mismatches, and validated sign-in flows and conditional access policies. I also completed help desk ticket simulations in ServiceNow and Spiceworks, handling MFA, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and account issues end-to-end—intake to troubleshooting to closure—while producing detailed resolution outcomes. Alongside this, my Security Officer and Team Leader experience sharpened my incident response, escalation decisions, and communication under pressure.
