At Fairfield Area Middle School, I design and facilitate targeted ELA lessons focused on PSSA preparation, standards-aligned reading, writing, and language conventions.
I develop differentiated literacy interventions to address skill gaps in comprehension and support equitable academic growth. I also use varied assessments to track student progress and adjust instruction.
At Grafton High School, I developed standards-based English lessons and interactive SAT prep activities, adapting instruction for IEPs and accelerated learners. I contributed to faculty leadership as faculty senate secretary and served on the NHS selection committee.
As yearbook advisor at Grafton High School, I mentored students in writing, photography, and design, and guided production from theme development through publication deadlines. I also oversaw budgeting, advertising, and fundraising for the program.
