I am an experienced English Language Arts Teacher with a strong commitment to fostering student growth and engagement. Currently, I teach at Lakewood Middle School, where I facilitate classes for diverse learners, including those in Special Education. My approach integrates innovative teaching methods, such as SMARTboard lessons and digital platforms like Google Classroom, to enhance learning experiences.

Throughout my career, I have designed comprehensive curricula aligned with state standards and have been recognized as Teacher of the Year in 2025. I am passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and have successfully implemented various educational programs to improve students' reading and writing skills. My dedication extends beyond the classroom, as I also lead after-school programs and manage community service initiatives.
