I’m looking for a role where I own database architecture and full SDLC delivery—migrating, tuning, and hardening Oracle/PostgreSQL systems, partnering with teams, and writing thorough documentation to keep production stable.

Senior Oracle developer and database architect with nearly 20 years of experience building, migrating, and optimizing enterprise database systems across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, and manufacturing. I translate complex business needs into clean, high-performance designs and own delivery from requirements through production support.

I’ve led domestic and international teams and keep work moving by stabilizing broken deliveries, tuning slow PL/SQL at the root cause, and documenting everything so stakeholders can trust what’s in production. Whether it’s ETL automation, schema evolution, or reconciling data quality across systems, I get it done—and I get it understood.

Most recently, I built a financial data mart from scratch and established scheduled ingestion using SQL*Loader and custom ETL processes. I wrote and tuned SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database packages, and I created validation and reconciliation queries to catch discrepancies early.

Earlier, I re-architected an AWS-based EAV application and executed a full Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migration, validating integrity across client schemas. I optimized complex queries using EXPLAIN PLAN and advanced rewriting, tuned execution plans per real usage patterns, and supported secure AWS database operations while mentoring teams on product improvement and escalation handling.
