I’m a senior database architect, technical team lead, and solution architect with 30+ years designing enterprise systems across insurance, healthcare, and government. I bring deep expertise in database design/administration, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud service integration, and leading distributed technical teams, backed by Microsoft MCSA and Oracle OCP certifications.

In my current role, I lead a 10-person Business Operations team supporting finance, HR, billing, and project management, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews. I architected an in-house data extraction platform integrating Salesforce, Jira, UKG, Intacct, Jobvite, and multiple databases—eliminating the need for third-party ELT tooling. I also migrated a heavily customized OpenText PPM environment to the cloud, administer 100+ Oracle and SQL Server instances, and built an AI-powered integrations platform that consolidated automation workflows and delivered $250,000+ in annual licensing savings using custom Python services.

Earlier, I led a globally distributed Oracle DBA team managing hundreds of Oracle instances in 24/7 environments supporting enterprise HP PPM deployments. I’ve also designed data warehouse schemas and ETL processes using Informatica, advised agencies on database conversions to Oracle, and supported HIPAA-compliance-focused data management and retention work—always with a focus on practical delivery and team growth.
