With 10+ years across corporate L&D and regional consulting, I’ve led the discovery phase of ArcelorMittal Egypt’s behavioral culture transformation, built onboarding and leadership programs for multi-site operations, and trained teams across KSA, UAE and Egypt.

I work across the full learning cycle: needs analysis, instructional and e-learning design, facilitation, coaching, and measuring results against business goals.
