I am a dedicated IT & Business Management graduate with a strong academic record and a passion for learning. My experience as an Application Support Analyst at Civica has equipped me with the skills to provide first and second line technical support, maintain cloud services, and analyze data using SQL. I thrive in challenging environments and am committed to delivering high-quality results.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
