I’m a Biomedical Engineering professional with over five years of progressive experience in medical equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, supported by strong technical documentation and customer support skills. I’m passionate about improving healthcare through safe, reliable, well-maintained medical devices.

At Meridian Tech Systems, I’ve grown from Biomedical Technician to Operations Supervisor, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating nationwide biomedical equipment projects across Uganda. I coordinate installation, commissioning, and maintenance schedules, supervise field service teams, and present operational performance reports to senior management.

Some of my standout work includes successfully coordinating the Cold Chain Equipment Optimization Project (CCEOP III), supporting installation, commissioning, and user training for approximately 5,600 on-grid and solar direct-drive vaccine refrigerators across Uganda. I supervised and coordinated approximately 50 technicians during nationwide deployment, completing implementation about two months ahead of schedule while maintaining strong accountability.

I also focus on operational excellence through structured inventory monitoring using QuickBooks, and I’ve developed Standard Operating Procedures for inventory management, procurement workflows, dispatch, and documentation. I train biomedical engineers, technicians, and healthcare workers on equipment operation and preventive maintenance, while supporting compliance and quality through regulatory documentation and equipment records.
