What I'm looking for

My goal is to apply Mechatronics and Biomedical Engineering principles to solve societal problems through innovation, research, maintenance, servicing, and repair of health-supporting devices.

At Kawempe National Referral Hospital, I work as a Graduate Trainee Biomedical Engineering under supervision, carrying out maintenance and repair, servicing, and installation, calibration, and testing of medical devices. I also work with medical oxygen plant operations.

As a Research Associate with Makerere school of public health METs Program, I contributed to research and data quality assessment and improvement, including TB Data Quality Assessment and HIV Recency DQA.

I completed a Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering at Ahlul Bayt International University. My published work includes a design for a low-cost smart phototherapy unit for treating neonatal jaundice.
