At Spiro Uganda Limited, I rebuilt national battery repair operations into a six-stage pipeline with regional coverage and clear accountability. I lead a 78-member team and track 23,000+ repairs across 13,600+ batteries.
I built a Battery Repair Tracker with daily logs, vendor sheets, issue analysis, monthly reports, and a dashboard. I'm also architecting Battery Ops, a multi-country platform giving each battery a digital history from swap station to repair and dispatch.
Before moving into battery operations, I managed OTA firmware rollouts at Spiro Uganda Limited, tested releases on pilot devices, and investigated connectivity, GPS, and data-sync faults. As an IoT Field Operative, I deployed trackers on electric motorcycles and battery packs and monitored fleet telemetry.
At Tronic Uganda Limited, I commissioned smart lighting systems, built dashboards for device status and energy use, and linked sensors to alarms and cameras. Earlier, at ICAM Chocolate Uganda, I maintained cocoa purchase records and generated reports on purchase volumes and farmer participation.
