I seek an operations or customer-experience role where I can improve onboarding, optimize processes, lead staff training, and use data-driven insights to boost service quality.

I am a results-oriented professional with 3+ years’ experience in operations, customer experience, and technical support, focused on streamlining onboarding and boosting service quality.

At Maisha Meds I ensured newly onboarded facilities maintained a data quality score of at least 95%, led CRM audits, and achieved timely reassignment of 100% of facilities to regional CX teams. I also streamlined onboarding processes, reducing turnaround time by 99% and improving partner satisfaction.

I provide frontline IT support, resolve routine issues, and enhance digital tool adoption by training staff and configuring hardware and software (including POS deployments, BlueStacks, Nox, Android OS, and 3CX).
