At Matrix Clouds, I led client discovery and translated business goals and user needs into product requirements, workflows, and phased delivery plans. I managed more than 35 software products across web and mobile.
I managed up to 11 concurrent projects per month and coordinated cross-functional teams of up to 20 across design, backend, mobile, and AI. I handled backlogs, sprint planning, delivery risks, scope changes, and client updates.
Before releases and client demonstrations, I personally tested functionality, permissions, integrations, APIs, and responsive interfaces. I coordinated fixes and retesting, then worked with technical teams on production deployment and Google Play and Apple App Store submissions.
At Creative Advanced Technologies (CAT), I created and executed test plans for web and mobile applications, tracking defects in JIRA and working with engineers and product managers on resolution. Earlier, at Matrix Translation, I translated and reviewed financial and legal documents.
