I've delivered national-scale digital platforms and tourism SaaS products at Safa Soft, including the Egyptian Umrah Portal (umrah.eg), Egypt's official platform for organizing Umrah pilgrimages.
As Lead Business Analyst and Technical Project Manager, I took the portal from idea to production, integrating the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Interior, Civil Aviation, and 1,833 licensed tourism companies into one digital ecosystem. I also owned roadmaps, pricing, positioning, requirements, architecture, QA, and launches for SafaLive, SafaBooking, and Hajj and Umrah systems with Nusk Saudi Arabia.
At Innovitics, I'm driving concurrent e-commerce, fintech, and utility projects by building delivery roadmaps, removing blockers, allocating resources, and aligning clients with product, engineering, QA, and business teams.
