I’m an application support / Site reliability engineer focused on supporting critical systems in demanding production environments. I diagnose intricate system issues, enhance performance, and strengthen system resilience through strong stakeholder communication and disciplined incident handling.

In my role at Access Bank PLC, I provide ongoing troubleshooting and resolution for existing applications, improve visibility through regular log reviews and alert monitoring, and automate repetitive workflows to proactively identify anomalies. I also support change management—covering infrastructure upgrades, system patching, and real-time release deployments—while maintaining knowledge bases with standard operating procedures, error resolutions, and past fault analyses.

My work is grounded in data integrity and transaction accuracy: I develop data migration strategies and execute detailed SQL queries to debug transaction mismatches, identify performance bottlenecks, and analyze log trends. I’m especially proud of completing the go-live of Quickbucks 2.0 to 3.0, which reduced customer escalations by up to 70%, and spearheading automation (like transaction retry logic) that improved support efficiency and system uptime; during a major downtime involving service disconnection with CBN, I led timely escalations to reduce service downtime to under 2%.
