I am a results-driven Site Reliability and Application Support Engineer with deep experience in payment solutions, distributed application reliability, and incident management. I specialise in ensuring high availability, resilience, and operational efficiency across mission-critical services.
Throughout my career I have led incident response, run war rooms, conducted RCAs, and driven business continuity planning while collaborating with product, engineering, infrastructure, and OEM partners. I have implemented observability and automation using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, GCP metrics, Kubernetes, and Python to reduce manual toil and improve MTTR and SLO attainment.
Key achievements include automating client reporting and operational scripts, optimising SQL performance, integrating Prometheus with Grafana, and defining release readiness and escalation processes that measurably improved resolution times and deployment confidence.
