At MONIEPOINT INC. / TEAMAPT, I provide production and application support for AptPay/ATS services used by partner banks and financial transactions. I investigate incidents across application, database, infrastructure, network, and integration layers, and use New Relic and Postman to assess service health and validate transactions.
I support card transactions, transfers, settlements, disputes, and bank/FEP integrations, including routing and connectivity issues. I also investigate database and transaction problems using SQL Server and SSMS, and participate in production validation after releases and configuration changes.
At FIDELITY BANK PLC., I provided L1/L2 support for payment, digital banking, and collections platforms. I supported implementation and post-deployment activities for projects including ExtraSwitch Arbiter 2.0 Integration, Funds Transfer API, and the Customer Complaint Portal / CBN Dispute Management Portal Integration.
