What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in roles focused on site reliability, automation, observability, cloud-native systems, and improving the reliability of critical payment platforms.

At Access Bank, I support and maintain critical payment systems, helping keep transaction processing available across ATM, POS, and card channels. I manage daily Postilion payment switch operations and handle escalated transaction-related issues.

I investigate production incidents through logs, metrics, traces, and SQL queries to identify root causes and performance bottlenecks. I work with development teams to deploy fixes and enhancements while supporting PCI-DSS and ISO 8583 compliance.

Previously, at Bakangizo Pharmacy, I maintained and debugged the company website, resolved technical issues, improved usability, and trained internal staff. I'm continuing to build my automation, observability, cloud, Python, and Linux capabilities.
