I'm a veteran M&A generalist, problem-solver, and thought leader drawing from broad cross-functional in-house and consultancy roles. My transactional experience spans over 15 years and nearly 100 deals ranging from 10M to 10B, supporting the full lifecycle on both buy and sell sides, primarily in High Tech, eCommerce, and logistics sectors.

I've built and led M&A practices with Product, Tech, and GTM focused charters for deal diligence and integration, and partnered with executive leadership to guide inorganic roadmapping (Corporate Strategy for acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships) at Google, eBay, Microsoft, and Fortune 100 clients while at Deloitte. Prior to this I built deep expertise in developing, integrating, and managing enterprise software products at Fortune 100 technology providers -- specializing in Cloud technologies.

I'm passionate about contributing thought leadership and collaborative innovation with the broader M&A community — and regularly join speaker panels, lead master classes, and industry summits. I’m also co-author of a patent-pending strategic decisioning framework and agentic platform.
