Provided emergency support to students in distress during business hours and after-hours rotation to de-escalate and provide warm referrals to services. Co-developed the University's Student Mental Health Framework and provided input to institutional policy development through a wellness lens.

Invited by core faculty members to co-teach research methods courses, aiding graduate students in developing proposal writing skills to increase chances for success in major research scholarship competitions.

Managed financial aid and awards, designing and continuously improving a holistic $1.1 million awards program that featured elements of inclusiveness and maximized opportunity for recruitment and retention of non-traditional students.

Completed a Master of Arts in Professional Communication.

Completed a Diploma in Business Finance and Investment Management.

Completed 60 credits toward a Bachelor of Science in Geography, but did not complete the degree.
