I am an experienced Academic Support Coordinator with over a decade of experience in higher education. My journey began with a B.A. in English from the University of Calgary, and I have since dedicated my career to enhancing student learning experiences. At Red Deer Polytechnic, I developed and implemented innovative academic support services, including the Writing Skills Centre and ESL tutoring programs, ensuring that students receive the guidance they need to succeed academically.
Throughout my career, I have prioritized research and assessment to continually improve the services offered.
