At Concordia University of Edmonton, I support student success through academic advising, registration, transfer credit assessments, and graduation planning.

I guide students with complex program requirements, academic standing concerns, appeals, course selection, degree requirements, and institutional policies through email, in-person, and online appointments. I also maintain degree audit and academic planning tools in the Student Information System and help keep courses, program changes, curriculum updates, and the Academic Calendar accurate.

I work closely with IT Services to test, troubleshoot, and implement system enhancements that support smooth registration processes. My reporting work includes weekly registration statistics, OCS warnings, Census Day reports, ACAC eligibility reporting, and course cancellation reports.

Previously, at The Home Depot, I led a team of 10–11 cashiers, coached performance, supported store training, and helped deliver strong customer service. I bring a Mathematics background, attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals.
