At Maersk, I led operational workstreams and customer-facing implementations across logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing and intermodal operations in Brazil.
I've translated complex operational requirements into end-to-end processes, SOPs, controls, KPIs, supplier workflows, governance, training and technology-enabled solutions. My work includes the AEO certification transformation, a Transportation Request System replacing fragmented spreadsheets, and an Equipment Release Website that streamlined empty-container releases.
Across 19 years in logistics and supply chain, I've coordinated stakeholders across Brazil, South America, India, Denmark, the United States and Europe, applying Lean, Six Sigma and PDCA to drive practical operational improvement.

Supported intermodal operations, customer requirements, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives across Brazil and South America. Designed and facilitated the D&I Game, an interactive board game combining Diversity & Inclusion with maritime logistics, for 200+ employees.
Identified an email-based bottleneck in empty-container release and designed the operational concept and business logic for the Equipment Release Website. Worked with an external technology partner on process mapping, requirements, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and training.
Supported cost control, operational data, reporting, and process controls, building a foundation in logistics operations, cost management, and business processes.
