At CNH INDUSTRIAL, I manage international ocean freight shipments and serve as the focal point for ocean and air imports to Brazil and Argentina, coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams across operations handling 600+ shipments per month.
I led an LCL-to-FCL cargo consolidation initiative that generated approximately USD 300K in annual savings. I also developed route and destination-port strategies that generated USD 80K in annual savings.
As a key user in the implementation of Project44 (P44), I supported greater shipment visibility and more reliable information for internal departments. I also monitor critical shipments and operational risks to help ensure continuity.
Previously, at SUMITOMO RUBBER DO BRASIL, I coordinated imports supporting industrial supply and worked on multimodal solutions, including air-sea strategies. I hold an Executive MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from FGV, and I’m fluent in English with professional proficiency in Spanish.
